I fell in love with framing 20 years ago, during a part-time job in college. I loved everything about it: the customers, the art, working with my hands... and I always knew that one day I would have my own shop. After 12 years in the cable industry, I purchased my first shop in Buckhead Village in 2005. Several years later, and after much success, I moved on to make way for the "Streets of Buckhead" development, now  known as Buckhead Atlanta. 

At the time, commercial real estate was at an all-time high and a new space was not to be found, so I decided to try something completely different. I studied Baking & Pastry at Le Cordon Bleu and upon graduation worked in the pasty kitchen at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Buckhead. Pastry is an art in its own right, but I didn't have any contact with customers, and I really missed that.
 
I took over this shop in February of 2011 and am thrilled to be doing what I love again. I am incredibly proud of this shop and the work we do in it. All work is done on premises, by hand, and with the greatest care. Custom framing is not inexpensive, so I really believe in framing something properly, and framing it once. Do it right the first time and it will last forever. We take great pride in the work we do and appreciate our customers more than you can know. I hope to see you soon.

A few words about pricing...

So, how much does custom framing cost?

How I wish I could give a quick, simple answer to that question! The fact is, there are too many options to be able to give an exact price until your selections are made. The price will depend on the finished size, frame, number of mats, type of glass etc. The only way to get an exact price is to bring the item you want framed into the store.

We might not be able to give an exact price over the phone, but I can promise you the following:

1. We will never pressure you to spend more than you are comfortable spending. In fact, we will never pressure you to buy anything at all.

2. We will always give you a fair, honest price that is very competitive with other independent shops as well as the large chain stores. While we rarely have sales, when we do, we offer the discount to everyone that walks in our door. You don't have to print a coupon, buy a coupon, or know a secret password.

My best advice is to shop around! Go to a few shops and check out their selection, staff, and prices. Once you find a framer and a shop you really like, it can be a relationship that lasts for decades.

Our Little Mascots~

Teddy (sleeping) and Libby (wishing Teddy would wake up) are our shop's mascots. They are the smartest, sweetest, funniest little dogs - they just aren't very good at framing. So they spend their days at home watching too much tv, texting their friends and being generally unproductive.
